摘要
高校在大力实施创新人才培养的同时,必须看到高校教师尤其是青年教师创新能力的缺乏是创新型人才培养的关键性影响因素。如何在创新教育视域中探讨并研究高校青年教师的培养策略是一项重要而且非常有意义的工作。
Colleges and universities in vigorously implementing innovative personnel training,we must see that the lack of innovation of universities teachers,especially young teachers,is the key factors of innovative talents training.How to explore and research the training strategy of university young teachers in the perspective of innovative education is an important and very meaningful work.
