Metal anode recovering techniques and application

提出了我国金属阳极修复产业的现状及存在问题。根据试验数据提出了修复工艺的选择、去除旧涂层的方法、重涂工艺及涂层配方、加强生产现场质量检测、控制等方面的改进意见及应用于各种钛阳极的修复再生。

The current situation of the metal anode recovering industry is reviewed in this paper. The problems and difficulties in the field are described.On the basis of the experimental data,the optimal recovering technical conditions,the methods of removing the coating on the used anodes,recoating techniques and the coating compositions are introduced.The on-site quality inspection and control are believed to be important to the repairing process.The recovering techniques discussed in this paper can be applied to varieties of Titanium anodes.
