分析了过氯乙烯生产的现状，提供了实施清洁生产的无／低费方案以及中／高费方案，为行业进一步推行清洁生产提供基础。
The current production situation of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride is analyzed.A little/low cost plan and a middle/high cost plan are proposed to carry out the clean process,which can provide the basis for the further application of clean process to the production of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride.
