摘要
根据对电解槽内部导致电流效率损失主要因素的分析,通过物料衡算和一些简单的假设、简化,推导出离子膜电解槽和隔膜电解槽阳极和阴极电流效率计算公式,并对公式计算的精确度加以分析讨论。
Using material balance and
certain assumptions and simplifications,anode and cathode current efficiency equations for
ion-exchange membrane and diaphragm electrolyzers were derived basts of the analysis of the
main factors which lead to the loss of current efficiency.The accuracy of the equations is analyzed
and discussed.
