固(片)碱生产工艺的改进

Improvement on the solid (flake) caustic soda production process

在熬制固（片）碱生产过程中，增加一个“移料”操作，使融碱的沉降过程移到新增的“沉降出锅槽”中进行，不再占用锅时，以大幅度提高产量、降低煤耗。

A material removing process is added to the production of solid(flake) caustic soda,wherein the settling of molten caustic soda is operated in a settling tankinstead of in the solid caustic soda evaporating pot. This improvement can increase the production rates and decrease the coal consumption amount.
