水充填砾石防砂技术在评价井测试中的应用

Application of Water Carried Gravel Packing Sand Control Technique in the Test of Evaluation Wells.

在渤海CFD32 6油田 ,为防止测试过程中地层出砂曾采用过双层金属绕丝预充填防砂管、金属棉防砂管及大型胶液充填砾石防砂技术 ,但均未取得良好效果。水充填砾石防砂技术在该油田的成功应用 ,解决了以往防砂措施存在的问题 ,并取得了良好防砂效果。由该油田评价井测试期间使用过的胶液充填砾石防砂技术和水充填砾石防砂技术分析对比可知 。

In Bohai CFD32-6 Oilfield,to prevent sand production during test process,double layered,wire wrapped and prepacked sand control screen,metal mateial sand control screen and large scale colloidal solution carried gravel packing sand control technique have ever been used,but without good results.The successful application of water carried gravel packing sand control technique has solved the problems existed in the previous sand control measures,obtaining satisfactory results.The analysis and comparison between colloidal solution carried gravel packing sand control techique nd water carried gravel packing sand control technique used during the evaluation well test of the oilfield indicate that water carried gravel packing sand control technique is applicable to sand control of exploratory evaluation wells.
