摘要
传统的浮子式机械流量计故障率高、坐层困难 ,所取资料可信度差。因此 ,孤东油田引进了存储式电磁流量计 ,分别在浅井、中深井及注清水、注污水井中试验 ,一次下井录取资料成功率在 98%以上。该仪器通过测量不同层位液柱的中心流速而达到测试各层注入量的目的 ,既可点测 ,亦可连续测量 ,测试过程中不用坐层 。
Conventional float type mechanical flowmeter has the disadvantages of high failure rate,difficult set, poor believability of the data measured.For this reason,Gudong Oilfield imported a type of memory electomagnetic flowmeter, which was put to trial in shallow,medium deep and deep wells as well as in fresh water injection wells,waste water disposal wells,the success ratio of data acquisition on its first test run was ower 98%.This instrument,through measurement of central flow velocity of fluid column in different formations,tests the amount of injection to defferent formation,it is able to conduct spot measurement as well as continuous measurement.During the test,it may measure flowrate at any point in the string without being set.
