摘要
详细阐述了在离子膜法制碱工艺条件下，二次精制盐水质量的重要性，说明螯合树脂塔在二次盐水精制工艺中的作用，分析了螯合树脂塔的结构。并以昊天化学集团（有限）公司２万ｔ／ａ离子膜法烧碱装置的盐水二次精制工艺，说明利用螯合树脂塔控制二次盐水质量的方法。
The importance of the secondary refining brine quality in the ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production process is discussed in detail. The role of chelating resin packed tower in the secondary refining of brine is introduced. The structure of chelating resin packed tower is analyzed. Examplified by the brine secondary refining process in the 20 kt/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda facility of Haotian Chemical (Group) Co. Ltd., methods to control the quality of brine through chelating resin packed tower are demonstrated,and the quality control of brine since putting into operation of the facility is summarized.
