摘要
卫星对其光学系统的成像质量要求很高,为此研制了没有油污染的固体润滑轴承,并首先对其中线速度最高的 C36018轴承进行了真空寿命试验。轴承组件为外圈弹性加载结构,加载力均匀;摩擦力矩测量系统具有防共振、防撞击及测力灵敏度高且测量误差小等特点;轴承转速650r/min,按转15min 停15min的模式在1×10^(-4)Pa 左右真空下循环运转了2年,总转数5.2×10~8r,7个轴承组件无一失效。
Sattelite needs very high imagery quality for it's optical system,so we have developed solid lubrication beating that has no oil pollution.We firstly did the vacuum life-span test for that C36018 bearing whose linear velocity was Highest.The bearing module is outer lane elastical loaded structure,the loading- force was accurate and even.The measure system of frictional moment has characteristics ofresonanceproof. strikeproof、high messure-force sensitivity and low measure error.Rotational speed of the model:rotation15、stop 15min,the bearing had moved in cycles two year in the condition of vacuum around 1×10^(-4)Pa.It amounts to revolution 5.2×10~8r.There is no one becoming invalid for the 7 bearings.
