摘要
分析了电子技术课程的 Ｃ Ａ Ｉ 教学软件在应用与推广上举步维艰的现状，点明了其症结所在；提出了开发课件库的构想，并设计了构造雏形以及研制的技术准备。
This paper analyses the difficult status on application of Electronics CAI software and shows clearly the reasons. A concept of developing the library of courseware is proposed. The construction model and developing technolog is designed.
