电容式单相逆变驱动系统

摘要 针对客车风扇电机电 刷磨损快、使用 寿命低的问 题, 提出一种实 用新型小功 率逆变驱 动系统。在派克—戈列夫方程基础上得出一种准确预测该系统性能方法———系统状态方程分析法,通过实验证实了该方法的正确性。分析与实验结果表明,增加该系统逆变器中电容容量可提高系统效率。采用该系统取代客车风扇直流电机,具有结构简单、控制容易、成本低的优点,实现了直流驱动的无触点化,提高了系统寿命和可靠性。 A novel small power inverter-fed induction-motor drive is presented, concerning the fast wearing and tearing of the train fan motor and low life of it. On the basis of paka-diff equation, a method of predicting accurately the drive′s performance is offered, which is called the drive state equation anlysising method. The method is validated by test measurment. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the efficiency of the drive may be improved by increasing the capacitence of the capacitor in its inverter. It is feasible to replace the fan motor in the train with the drive. It is simple in construction, easy in control and cheap in cost by using it a brushless DC drive with high reliability and long life can be obtained.
