摘要
针对传统的 P I D 控制方法在工业过程控制中存在的问题和局限性,提出了量化、比例因子可调的开关控制与 F U Z Z Y 控制相结合的双模控制方法,并以工业加 热炉为控制对象、研究设计了8098 单片微机模糊控制器。
Since the traditional PID control method has some problems and limitations for application in insudtry control, a two-model control method of the switch control and FUZZY control with adjusting quantification、proportionality factor is proposed in this paper. A FUZZY controller, which takes industrial heating furnace as the control object, based on 8098 chip microprocessor is studied and designed.
