摘要
介绍了一种新型球团竖炉导风墙、导风墙导风通道为管道式,支撑梁被包藏在耐火材料内,是内藏式。四根支撑梁平均分担导风墙重量。耐火材料和隔热材料对支撑梁构成二道隔热屏障。支撑梁金属管道内通以冷却空气,从支撑梁管道内排出后作为经过预热的助燃风引入球团竖炉燃烧室。该新型球团坚炉导风墙,从根本上解决了现有导风墙水梁管道内易结水垢,使水梁受热不均引起变形而导致的导风墙倒塌问题,节能节水有效利用余热。
This paper introduce a new guiding wind wall used in pellet shaft furnace. This new guiding wind wall used in pellet shaft furnace can fundamentally solve the question produced scale in water beam duct in guiding wind wall used at present and the question of water beam deformation caused by uneven heated. This new guiding wind wall can save of energy resources, water and can effectively use of waste heat.
