摘要
济钢设计院设计研制的强力混合机应用于济钢三炼铁８ｍ２球团竖炉生产工艺中，收到了良好的效果，生产实践证明可降低球团矿生产中混合料膨润土加入量１．６１％，提高成品球团矿铁品位１．０％。
Forcing mixer designed by the design institute of Jinan iron and steel group has been used in production process of ８ｍ２ pellet shaft furnace of No. 3 ironmaking plant,and it has got good profit. The practice proves that using of this technique and device adding quantity of amargosite of 1. 61 % in mixture in the process of pellet production can be reduced and Fe grade of pellet can be increased by 1. 0%.
