单塔脱苯工艺技术存在的问题及改进措施

针对济钢焦化厂单塔脱苯工艺生产中存在的管式炉进料不平衡和脱苯塔塔盘泄漏问题进行改进，处理了一段油油浮头式换热器，并大修脱苯塔，稳定了脱苯塔生产操作，日产轻苯达到４２．３ｔ。

Pointing to some questions of uneven feed of tubular furnace and leakage of tower disk of debenzolization tower existed in the production process of single tower debengolization technique of the cokeing plant of Jinan iron and steel group the reformation has been done. Through treating Oil float exchanger of first section oil and heavy repairing debenzolization tower,the production operation of debenzolization tower is stabilized and the productivity of light benzol is up to 42. 3t/d.
