摘要
对济钢第一炼钢高效改造后的方坯铸机进行了动力学计算,并对板弹簧进行了优化,结果表明选用总厚度为8mm的板弹簧代替总厚度为16mm的板弹簧可使其所承受的最大工作应力由160.8MPa降至103MPa,弹簧板的使用寿命由原来的120d提高至240d以上。
The dynamic calculation is done to vibration device of mould of billet caster in No. 1 steelmaking plant of Jinan iron and steel group after high effectiveness reforming and the optimium study on plate spring also is done. The result accounts that to select all 8mm thickness plate spring to replace of all 16mm thickness plate spring, can decrease the biggest working stress loaded by it from 160. 84MPa to 103MPa,and the service life of plate spring is increased from 120 days to more than 240 days.
