在对黄丘一副区山坡地径流资源的概念及产生过程分析探讨的基础上，重点论述了山坡地径流资源的潜力及时空分布特征，并对该区山坡地径流资源开发利用现状进行了分析评价。

Tht concept and developing process of runoff resource on sloping land in the first sub zone of loess hilly region were discussed, the developing utilization situation of runoff resource of sloping land in this region was analysed and evaluated.Meanwhile,the direction and effective way of furtherly developing runoff resource of sloping land were presented.
