摘要
通过时松毛虫赤眼蜂和螟黄赤眼蜂分别采用柞蚕卵和米蛾卵进行繁殖保存,然后再对寄生亚洲玉米螟卵和柞蚕卵的潜能进行测试,结果发现:柞蚕卵作为中间繁殖寄主要比米蛾卵作为中间繁殖寄主对赤眼蜂有更强的寄生潜能,在保存和复壮赤眼蜂方面大卵比小卵有更强的优势.另外,寄主和赤眼蜂的接种比例对赤眼蜂本身的寄生潜能也有影响,接蜂比例过高或过低,都不利于发挥赤眼蜂的寄生潜能,所以选择适宜的接蜂比例,有助于发挥赤眼蜂的寄生能力.
The results showed that there was stronger parasitizing ability of the eggs of China oak silkworm than Corcyra caephalonica by the intermediary reproductive host and superiority the bigger eggs than the smaller eggs in respect of the conservation and the rejuvenescence of the tri-chogramma by using eggs of China oak silkwork and C. caephalonica to reproduce and preserve T. donerolimi and T. chilonis, and by experiment on parasitizing ability to eggs parasitized Ostrinia furnacalis and the China oak silkworm. In addation.the parasitizing ability of the trichograma was affected by the inoculation proportion of the host and it,the inoculation densities were not too highter or lower advantageous to raise the parasitizing ability of the trichogramma, so the parasitizing ability was raised by selecting the suitable proportion inoculation.
