汽车驾驶员行为矫正指导量表的研究

Research on the guiding variation table of driver behavior rectification

从分析驾驶员的个性因素与交通肇事的相关性出发，通过Ｒ型——聚类分析方法，建立了汽车驾驶员行为矫正指导量表，并通过对所建量表信度和效度的检验，为驾驶员深层次教育和安全行为指导提供了一套操作性很强的有效方法和手段。

From analysizing the relation between driver individual trait and the traffic accidents,this paper builds up the guiding variations table of driver behaviour rectification by using R cluster analysis method.After the reliability and validity of the variation table is verified by tests,this paper puts forward a set of practical and valid method which can be used for deeply educating drivers and guiding driver's safety action.
