摘要
介绍了采用氯化介质不溶阳极电解工艺制备镍扣的工艺流程及技术条件。论述了镍扣研制试验中气孔产生的原因及预防措施,对添加剂SN 的作用、主要影响因素及控制作了较详细的阐述。
A process for manufacturing nickel buttons is described, that is electrowinning in chloride electrolyte with insoluble anodes, and technical conditions of the process are also included. The causes of blowholes during developing tests and preventing measures against the blowholes are related. Functions of the additive(SN), main affecting factors and control measures are discussed in detail.
