摘要
目的探讨CO2激光对于面神经断裂后的神经焊接作用。守法选用豚鼠60只,运用低功率(200mw/mm2及400mw/mm2)CO2激光(波长为0.8μm)辐射切断的面神经并与临床外科常规缝合比较,观察吻合后4周、8周时面神经电生理参数变化,组织学和透射电镜下观察面神经形态情况。结果CO2激光输出功率200mw/mm2焊接面神经,有刮于神经纤维的再生。CO2激光输出功率400mw/mm2焊接面神经与常规缝合无明显差别。结奋用低功率CO2激光吻合面神经是可行的。其作用可能是对神经外膜的凝固作用。
Objectivc The possibility of utilizing the carbon dioxide laser for neuralanastomoses was investigated in a facial nerve model. Methods Sixty guinea pigs hadundergone resection of the right facial nerve in the parotid fossa. Forty nerves wereanastomosed by using either the 2OOmW or 400mW output power carbon dioxide laser. Weobserved the latency and amplitude of evoked compound muscle action potentials (CMAP)and morphology of the repaired facial nerves in 4, 8 weeks postoperatively and comparedwith the facial nerves of the other animals which were anastomosed with conventional stitchsuture. Results We found CO, laser welding was better than conventional suture. Conclu-sion These preliminary observations suggest that using CO2 laser to repair facial nerveswould be quite efficient.
