摘要
目的评价乳化依托咪酯、异丙酚对呼吸、循环的影响。方法60例心脏瓣膜置换术病人按不同给药分为Ⅰ组(异丙酚1.5mg/kg),Ⅱ组(异丙酚2.0mg/kg),Ⅲ组(乳化依托咪酷0.3mg/kg)。应用温度稀释法测定血流动力学指标,同时观察呼吸功能。站票1.Ⅱ组呼吸暂停发生率98%,Ⅰ组为50%,Ⅲ组为0;2异丙酚组:MAP、SVR、CI下降幅度明显大于乳化依托咪酯组。结论心脏手术病人麻醉诱导时,乳化依托咪酯组较异丙酚更为安全。
Objective To evaluate the effect of emulsive etomidate and propofol onrespiratory and circulatory function. Methods 60 patients undergoing cardiac valvereplacement were divided into three groups:i.e., group I (propofol 1.5mg/kg), groupII(propofol 2.0mg/kg), and group III(emulsive etomidate 0.3mg/kg). Hemodynamics indiceswere monitored by the thermodilution method and respiratory function observa-tion- ResuIts (1) The incidence of asphyxia was 98% in group 11, 50% in group I and 0 ingroup III; (2) In propofol group, MAP, SVR and CI decreased markedly than those ofemulsive etomidate group. ConCIIIbon Etomidate is safer than propofol during induction ofanesthesia in patients undergoing open heart surgery.
