本文运用VE原理,着眼于提高武器装备军事经济效益,从研制阶段的观念转变,坚持VE原则,开展DTC设计,控制研制周期等方面进行了探讨,目的是从根本上提高武器装备采购费的使用效益.

Based on the Value Engineering principles and enhancement for the military economic benefi of the weapon equipment, this article has explored the concept change in the development phase, the development of the DTC, and the control of the development cycle, in order to improve the effectiveness of the weapon equipment purchasing cost.
