摘要
本文运用价值工程原理,分析了流通企业选择代理“产品”要考虑的若干因素,提出了一种优化流通企业选择代理“产品”种类的价值分析方法,并用实例进行了验证.
This paper analyzed several factors on selecting product for circula-tive enterprise, based on value analysis (VA)principle. A VA technique to optimize the product categories for business was suggested Finally, an example was studied.
