从价值工程(VE)的基本原理出发,阐述成本有用度的基本概念、基本原理和主要内容,介绍该理论方法在以可靠性为中心的维修技术方法和工程系统评价中的具体应用.
According to the basic principle of Value Engineering (VE), this paper explains the basic concepts, basic principles and main contents of cost-availability. The concrete applications of the theoretic methods mentioned above in the reliability-centered maintenance technology and the evaluation of engineering system are also introduced.
