The Reasearch on Enterprise Development

研究了以延长企业寿命周期为目的的企业成长问题．从企业规模扩大入手，分析了影响企业规模的两项主要因素：时间及成长率．在此基础上分析了企业成长的途径，指出企业规模扩大对企业成长推动的局限性，进而指出多样化乃企业成长的主要战略．研究认为：多样化之所以构成企业成长战略，原因在于企业寿命周期与企业所制造产品的寿命周期及企业所居产业（或曰行业）的寿命周期有关．企业产品多样化和事业多样化的主要制约来自于技术制约．

This article researchs the questions of enterprise development which take the tendency of enterprise life period as its goal. Talks the basic method of enterprise development-to large the enterprise mode and analyses two factors which affect enterprise mode: time and increase rate. On this basic, it also analyses the methods of enterprise development, points out the limity of large in enterprise mode to the enterprise development and gives the major stretragy of enterprise development which is diversification. This whole thinks: why the diversification is the major strategy of enterprise development the reason lies in that the life period of entriprise development and the product life period are connected with the field life period. The major limited factor of product diversification and field diversification comes from the technical limitity.
