高校后勤部门社会化是提高办学效益的主要出路

针对我国各高校办学经费紧张所带来的适龄人口接受高等教育较难的问题，对各高校经费使用结构进行了分析，通过分析不难看出高校后勤部门占用了较大比重的教育经费，因此对高校后勤部门运行经费进行彻底改革，成为各高校提高办学效益的主要途径，对于属于社会职能的部分应逐渐从教育经费中剥离出来，最终实现高校后勤部门的社会化．

Due to the limited funds for institutions of higher learning in China, the demand cannot be met and for a long time. To make a fundamental change in the situation, it is analyze the present expenditure stature of various institutions of higher learning. It is obvious that logistics consumes a large proportion of the educational funds. Therefore, a major method to increase the efficiency of higher education is to conduct an overall reform of logistical expenditure, i.e., itemizing the current logistical expenditure and then separeting those for social functions from those for education. In the end, the social functions should be supported by the society.
