摘要
利用灰色系统决策方法对某建设项目的投资方案进行选择，其结果是合理的，与其他方法相比决策过程显示出更大的优越性。
Grey systematic decision making method is used to choose the investment project of a certain construction item, and the result is reasonable. Compared with other methods, this decision procedure shows that it has greater advantage. This paper aims at probing into application of this method in new fields.
