基于共享输入队列和自适应交通控制器的无阻塞ATM拷贝网

摘要 本文利用Banyan网和反向Banyan网无阻塞条件中的模N特性,改进了文献[2]中的ATM拷贝网结构。它使用共享输入队列代替文献[2]中的单独队列来解决队首阻塞问题,提高了吞吐率,并可减少输入缓存需求。本文改进了目的地址翻译器的实现方案,使它在支持呼叫分割的同时将存储器需求从N·B·W减少到2·B·W。该结构具有分布控制、可伸缩性好、利于工程实现的优点。性能模拟表明,与现有结构相比,其硬件代价小而性能更高。 By using the 'module N' property of nonblocking conditions of Banyan and Reverse Banyan networks.this paper improves the architecture of ATM copynet proposed in[2].It uses shared input queue to solve the head-of-line problem so that promotes throught and reduces the in put buffer requirement. It also impoves the implementation of Destination Address Translator .re duces the memory requirements from N·B·W to 2·B·Wwhile supporting callsplitting. Similar with [2].the architecture has the advantages of distributed controll,scalable,and easy to imple mentation. Performance analysis and simulations show that this architecture has higher perfor mance than that of [2,4,6] .while has lower hardware complexity.
