业务生成环境作为整个智能网系统的关键部件,应该具有支持用户开发业务的各种工具,以便在电信网中快速有效地提供新业务。为满足网络运营者(或业务提供者)日益增长的能够独立开发业务的需求,在CIN02~*(China Intelligent Network)系统中我们提供了一个包括业务设计、业务检验与仿真调试等工具在内的业务生成环境,全面支持用户开发业务的各个阶段,使得业务提供者能独立地开发业务。业务设计工具支持结构化、模块化的业务设计,使得业务的设计更方便;同时,提供了逼真的仿真环境与强大的调试工具,因而能够充分地检验业务的正确性与有效性,保障网络的安全。

The Intelligent Network (IN)Service Creation Environment (SCE),as a key part of IN structure, should provide powerful tools that service providers can develop service promptly and ef fectively. CIN 02-SCE is an environment supporting design, validation and debugging of services so that service providers can develop services independently. The design tools support structural and modular service design, which makes the design easy; the powerful validation and debugging tools can be used to test the services and ensure safety of telecommunication networks.
