摘要
提出了由三个电流传送器(CCII+/—)及三个接地电阻,两个接地电容的二阶电流模式滤波器电路。应用该电路能在三个输出端同时得到二阶高通,带通和低通滤波函数,若将这三个输出端适当组合,还能实现二阶陷波和全通函数。与同类电路比较,该电路不仅结构更简单,所有电阻,电容接地,便于集成,而且具有灵敏度低的特点,电路从Z端输出,驱动能力强。
This paper presents a second-order current mode filter circuit which can simultaneously
generate second-order highpass,bandpass and lowpass filtering functions at the three output termi
nates by employing three current conveyors (CCH+/-), three grounded resistors and two
grounded capacitors. It can also realize second-order notch and all pass functions by selecting the
different combinations of the three output terminates compared with other same filter struc
tures[1], this circuit is not only with much more simple structure, all resistors and capacitors are
grounded components,it is convenient of integration,but also with the characteristic of low passive
sensitivities. Output from z terminate,It can also has strong driving ability.
