摘要
采用热模金属型离心铸造Al-20Si合金,获得了外层为聚集粗大初晶Si、中层为共晶组织、内层聚集细小初晶Si的铸造初晶自生复合材料。考察了复合材料的组织形貌,检测了复合材料的硬度和耐磨性。
Casting in site composites of Al20Si alloy the microstructures of accumulated coars primary Si in outer layer, fine primary Si in inner layer, and eutectic in middle layer, have been achived by centrifugal casting in preheated metallic mould. The structure morphology the hardness and wear resistance of composite have been investigated, and fracture model of the composites has been analyzed.
