摘要
对铸造条件下Ti-15-3高强Ti基合金与耐火氧化物类铸型材料的界面反应性进行了试验研究。通过对合金表面反应层组织形貌和显微维氏硬度的分析和测试,表明合金与铸型材料之间都发生了一定程度的界面反应,但是由于合金本身的化学活性比纯钛时降低,界面反应程度有所降低。
The interface reactivity of some refractory oxides with Ti153 alloy has been studied experimently in this paper. The degreee of reactivity has been evaluated based on analysis of microstructure and microhardness of the surface hardened layer of Ti alloy. The results show that Ti153 alloy has been contaminated by the selected molding materials. But the degree of the alloy contaminations as serious as that of pure titanium because of to the lower chemical reactivity of Ti153 alloy.
