摘要
借助SEM,EPMA和显微硬度仪等分析测试手段,对氧化锆陶瓷熔模型壳工艺中的钛与型壳界面相互作用进行了研究。试验表明,钛与型壳界面处同时存在着热机械作用和物理化学作用,而且二者是相互交织在一起的。可以认为,钛与型壳界面反应是以Zr,O向钛基体内的热扩散为主导的,受Zr。
The titanium and shell interface reaction of zircon ceramic sheel technological process is thoroughly studied by using SEM, EPMA and microhardness apparatus. The experimental results show that thermalmechanical and physiochemical actions, which interact with each other, coexist at titanium and shell interface. Thus thermal diffusion of Zr, O into titanium alloy matrix is considered as the dominant factor of titanium and shell interaction.
