摘要
研究了新型复合细化剂对ZL104合金组织和性能的影响,该细化剂使ZL104合金的铸造晶粒由4000~5000μm细化到200~300μm,同时共晶Si相由50μm×2μm的长条细化到1μm左右的圆点,合金的力学性能明显提高。
The effect of new compound refiner on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL104 alloy was studied. It was found that the grain size was refined from 4 000 ̄5 000 m to 200 ̄300 m, the eutectic silicon was modified from lamellar shape of size 50 m2 m to spherical shape with 1 m diameter. The mechanical proerties of the alloy was improved significantly.\=
