摘要
含铬质量分数为0.5%~1%的铬青铜是用作铸造生产各型矿热电弧炉电极铜瓦的理想材料。铬青铜铸造熔炼时禁止使用P-Cu脱氧,采用Al-Cu和Mg-Cu联合脱氧效果较好。加入晶粒细化剂能明显细化合金晶粒。
The \{0.5%\} ̄1%Cr containing chromium\|broze is an ideal material of casting the electrode copper bush of various arc furances. P\|Cu alloy is forbidden to serve as the deoxidizer for the casting of chromium\|bronze. Instead, the combined deoxidation of Al\|Cu and Mg\|Cu is better. The refining agent for the chromium\|bronze can obviously refine the alloy grain and improve the alloy properties at room and hig temperatures.\=
