影响香石竹组培苗玻璃化现象的若干因素

Some factors affecting vitrifiction of test\|tube plantlets of carnation (Dianthus caryophyllus L.)

用茎尖培养的方法或通过无菌播种 ,再利用带叶茎段进行快速繁殖均获成功 ,但同时茎尖培养过程也出现了较为严重的玻璃化现象 ,为此通过调整培养条件寻找克服玻璃化的方法 ,结果发现 ,适当降低细胞分裂素的用量 。

Some factors affecting vitrification of test tube plantlet of camation were investigated.The results showed that vitrification of tissue culture of camation could be improved to some extent by adjusting cultural conditions,such as reduing concentration of cytomin(about 0 2 mg·L -1 ),raising concentration of agar(0 7%) and using colounless container.
