摘要
以玛莉安万年青茎段为外植体 ,研究离体繁殖和直接成苗的技术。试验结果表明 ,适宜的不定芽诱导培养基为 WPM无机成分 +MS有机成分 +BA( 0 .5~ 1.0 mg· L-1) +NAA( 0 .0 5~0 .1mg· L-1) ;适宜的继代和芽增殖培养基为 MS+BA( 6mg·L-1) ;直接成苗培养基为 WPM无机成分 (铁盐减半 ) +B5有机成分 (烟酸为 5.0 mg·L-1) +BA( 2 .0~ 3.0 mg· L-1) +NAA( 0 .2 mg· L-1)。直接成苗培养繁殖系数平均 4 .6,试管苗移栽成活率平均 97.8%。从而简化了培养程序 ,降低了试管苗成本。
Stem segment of Dieffenbachia camilla were taken as explants for technology of in vitro propagation and direct production of plantlets were studied The results showed that optimal culture medium are as follows:WPM inorganic component+MS organic component+BA(0 5-1 0 mg·L -1 )+NAA(0 05-0 1 mg·L -1 ) for the induction of adventitious buds MS+BA(6 mg·L -1 ) for successive transfer culture and propagation of shoots,WPM inorganic component (Fe reduce by half)+B 5 organic component(nicotinie acid 5 mg·L -1 )+BA(2 0-3 0 mg·L -1 )+NAA(0 2 mg·L -1 ) for the culture in direct production of plantlets, and averaged propagation coefficient was 4 6,97 8% plantlets survived after transfering to soil Thus simplified the procedure, reduced cost of plantlets
