降低月季组培苗成本研究(简报)

A preliminary report on the study of reducing the cost of tissue cultured plantlets of Rosa cvs

经比较试验 ,降低月季组培苗生产成本的途径为 ,培养容器采用广口玻璃瓶配套聚乙烯塑料盖 ;培养基原料选用价廉的激素 6- BA、食用糖和深井水分别代替激素 KT、蔗糖和蒸馏水 ;外植体腋芽诱导直接利用自然光培养 ;继代增殖和根诱导采用液体、半液体培养。

Through the comparitive experiments, there are some pathways reducing the production cost of the tissue cultured plantlets of Rosa cvs. i.e. wide\|opening glass flask is used as one of the culture vessel and fitted with polythene cover. The cheap auxin 6\|BA is chose as one of the raw material of medium. Edible sugar and deep\|well water are substituted for auxin KT.sucrose and distilled water. Tissue culture under natural illumination is utilized directly in explant axillybud induction. Liquid culture and semi\|liquid culture are adopted in subculture propagation and root induction.
