红菇属真菌研究进展(上)——红菇属真菌的经济生态效益 被引量:7

摘要 红菇是一种外生菌根真菌 ,该属真菌多数种可食 ,且富含甾醇、脂肪酸、游离氨基酸等 ,粗蛋白含量可与豆类籽实媲美。近几年又陆续揭示出其治疗痢疾、抗诱变及抑制癌症的药用及保健价值 ,可食并可提炼珍贵药物。林区自然生长的红菇年产量可达 19.83kg· hm-2 ,国内外需求量较大 ,价值比较高。更重要的是红菇有显著促进林木生长的作用 ,在自然状态及人工接种条件下 ,共生树的株高、胸径及干重均显著增加 。 Russula, one of edible ectomycorrhizas, is reported rich in sterol, fatty acid and free amino acid (FAA).It can be compare favorably with the seeds of soybean by its high level of rough protein content.The reports in recently years showed that Russula had the officinal and/or hygienical value in dysentery curing, antimutagenic and depressing cancerogenic cell activities. Russula can be a high economic value for the largel demand in internal and external market and it's annual yield can be as high as 19 83 kg·hm -2 each year.The more interesting thing is the stimulating effect of Russula on growth parameters of trees in the agroforest, all the growth such as the height, stem diameter and dry weight of those trees,that were artificially inoculated with Russula or the fungal naturally grown in the forestry,increased significantly. Russula is an edible fungus thriving the forestry.
