接种VA菌根对花生根系质外体铁库形成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用盆栽方法模拟研究了接种 VA菌根对花生根系质外体铁库形成的影响 ,及其对植株铁营养状况的改善作用。试验设接种 VA菌根和不接种 VA菌根两个处理。结果 ,接种 VA菌根促进了花生根系质外体铁库的累积 ,其根系质外体铁含量显著高于不接种处理 ,且接种 VA菌根有利于改善花生铁营养 ,其地上部铁含量。 An investigation was carried out to test the effect of VAM on iron accumulation and mobilization in root apoplast, and it's role in improving iron nutrition of peanut Two treatments were set up, namely peanut inoculated without VAM, peanut inoculated with VAM Plants were grown in sandy soil in pots The results demonstrated that inoculated with VAM improved iron nutrition of peanut, the content of root apoplastic iron pool, the chlorophyll content of young leaves and iron content of shoot in peanut plant inoculated with VAM were all higher than those of plant inoculated without VAM
