摘要
研究了高空条件对紫云英诱变的效应 ,结果表明 ,高空处理对紫云英种子发芽率没有明显的影响 ,但出现许多遗传变异的突变体。经两代观察 ,经高空处理的早熟 10号紫云英品系在株高、开花期、结荚经济性状等方面均表现出可遗传的正效应 ,并出现了一批始花期提早 15~ 2 0 d的突变体。
The effects of high altitude on mutation of Astragalus sinica with the treatment of upper air balloon was conducted.Results obtained from observations showed that there was no significant differences in seed germination rate between treated and untreated.However, many genetic mutants were induced from treated seeds.Mutants from Z10H which was observed from SP1 and SP2 showed as early as 10-20 days in flowering compared with untreated control, while 7-10 days earlier for seed maturing.Such mutants also showed higher in plant height, and better economic characteristics.Results also indicated that the mutation in upper air is an active way for seeds of Astragalus sinica .
