摘要
综述了国内外有关植物病原真菌及食用菌病毒的研究状况 ,介绍了真菌病毒的核酸类型、衣壳结构、检测技术及其侵染、传播和复制等机理 ,并描述了几种著名食用菌和植物病原真菌病毒的理化性质。此外 ,还评述了真菌病毒在植物病原真菌生物防治上的意义 。
The studies of the mycovirus of plant pathogenic fungi and edible fungi inside and outside state were reviewed.In this paper,the type of nucleic acid, structure of capsomere, technology of detection,and the mechanism of invasion,fransmitation and replication of the mycovirus were introduced.The physics and chemistry characters of some notable plant pathogenic and edible fungi were described.The significance and application prospects of the mycovirus in prevent and cure plant pathogenic fungi were commented.
