西南岩溶地区几个中心城市的草地奶牛业考察

Evaluation report on dairy industry of some urban centres in karst regions of southwestern China

:受中国工程院委托 ,考察昆明、南宁、梧州、北海、贵阳等城市的奶牛业现状和前景。几个中心城市草地资源丰富、奶业市场、牛源、技术潜力巨大 ,前景广阔。但现阶段存在经营方式不完善、龙头企业薄弱以及政策、饲养系统、品种等制约因素 。

Entrusted by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an evaluation mission visited Kunming, Nanning, Wuzhou, Beihai, Guiyang and some other cities for investigating the present situation of the local dairy industry and evaluating its development prospect. It has been concluded that there is a very good prospect for the development of the local dairy industry, judged by the rich native grassland resources, the market demand for dairy products, the number of milking cows and the technology available. Some constraints noticed include improper management, weakness of key processing enterprises, and problems existing in policies, feeding systems, cattle breeding, ect. In relation to these, suggestions are also made in this report.
