浅论我国环境脆弱地区可持续发展能力的建设问题

On the Construction of Sustainable Development Ability in the Environmental Vulnerable Areas in China

可持续发展能力是ＰＲＥＤ系统和社会—经济—生态体系自我调控、运作能力的体现。根据对我国环境脆弱地区ＰＲＥＤ现状特点的分析，提出了制约可持续发展能力提高的四点因素，进而指出我国环境脆弱地区可持续发展能力建设的四个基本途径。

According to the PRED feature in the environmental vulnerable areas in China,the four restricting factors which improve sustainable development ability have been summarized,and four basic ways which construct sustainable development ability in the environmental vulnerable areas in China have been pointed out.
