地籍数据库在杭锦旗锡尼镇建筑密度与容积率分析中的应用

本文以干旱区小城镇——锡尼镇为研究对象，从地籍调查建立的地籍数据库中提取信息，快速、准确地对锡尼镇的建筑密度和容积率进行了分析，对提高该镇的土地利用率。

The paper studied a small town—XiNi town.Based on information from Cadastral data base from cadastral investigation,it quickly and accurately analyses XiNi town building density and capacity rate of land and puts forward some guided propasals to improve land use capability and make good use of all kinds of lands.
