载体对负载PdO催化剂CO氧化活性的影响

摘要 文章考察了载体对负载PdO催化剂的CO氧化活性和还原性的影响.载体性质对催化剂的氧化活性影响很大.氧化活性从大到小顺序为:CeO_2>ZrO_2>TiO_2>Al_2O_3>SnO_2>ZSM-5>SiO_2.催化剂的氧化活性与活性组分PdO的还原能力具有对应关系.尽管PdO/CeO_2催化剂的热稳定性不如PdO/Al_2O_3催化剂,但是经1200℃焙烧4h后.PdO/CeO_2催化剂的活性还是高于PdO/Al_2O_3催化剂. In this paper,the effect of support on CO oxidation activity and reduction prop-erties of supported PdO catalyst was studied. The catalytic activity of supported PdO cata-lyst depends on the kind of support. The sequence of supported PdO catalyst is CeO2>ZrO2>TiO2>Al2O3>SnO2>ZSM-5>SiO2·The oxidation activity is consistent with thereduction ability of PdO. The heat-stability of PdO/CeO2 is inferior to PdO/Al2O3 catalyst,but the oxidation activity of PdO/CeO2 catalyst for CO oxidation is higher than that ofPdO/Al2O3 after calcination at 1200℃ for 4h.
