This article introduces'Universe Red Shift'and uses the basic knowedge of'narrow Relativity'to derive the ordinary formual to calculate'Deppler's Red Shift'. It us-es the Energy Relation to derive the formula to calculate the 'Gravitational Red Shift', thus pointing out that it is roughly similar to sum up that the 'Universe Red Shift'is en-tirely caused by'Deppler's Red Shift',because the reasons to influence'Red Shift 'are vari-ous. So, it is not proper that the common textbooks on Electrodynamics noly discuss'Deppler's Effect'.
