摘要
对内蒙古滦河上游水土保持重点防治工程进行了认真总结，对５年来的主要成效进行分析，提出了采取的主要措施，并明确了今后发展的方向。
The experiences in major controlling projects on soil and water conservation of upper reaches of Luan river in Inner Mongolia are summarized. The achievement is analysed in recent 5 years and then some measures should be adopt are put out. This make the future development direction more clear.
