Inner Mongolia is one of the most severe soil and water loss region. By means of 5 years' major harnessment, the harnessive task on second phase stage one has been completed perfectly. The effects of comprehensive harnessments are very obvious and the successful experiences and practices are obtained, which established a good foundation for next phase harnessment.
